Celebrating Hayden in Hayden, Idaho

I have a child with a double digit age.  I need to finish this post so I can turn my mind to other things rather than how fast my kids are growing.  Hayden's birthday coincided with a family trip to Hayden Lake in Idaho.  He didn't get his door decorated (a tradition) or his favorite Buffalo Wild Wings (that will come later) or many presents (also later) but he did get to spend the day with family, a fun movie, and swimming in the lake.

Hayden is kind, quiet, thoughtful, and a good brother.  He loves Minecraft, swimming, bike riding, and his latest hobby is shooting BB guns. He also just finished reading the entire Hunger Games series.  I can't tell if that makes me a good mom or a bad mom.  He has a good sense of humor and some of the funniest things come out of his mouth.  I particularly enjoy his sound effects that are appropriately applied to good, bad and funny situations just like in the movies.  Here is to a great last year of elementary school and lots of fun, Hayden!
